Transitioning from union to non-union staff

Discussion about
Many of the medium sized (less than 100 units) new development/conversion buildings, especially downtown, have non-union staff. Has anyone here transitioned from SEIU 32BJ doormen/concierges to non-union staff?

Yes, 24 unit loft conversion. Only one super on staff, he was fired for stealing and insubordination. The Managing Agent hired new non union super.
