everyone has a right to housing...i think the projects or middle income housing is a great idea..they just need strict guidelines, and good security.

sounds lil' bit like socialism/communism to me..
Maybe a good/ "nobel" idea - but wnet so wrong and is hurting everyone in the long run

Interesting... because the place that thinks it got it right and segregated - chicago - is falling further and further behind other cities in culture, food, wealth, and overall demand.

I hear Chicago used to be a top city 50-100 years ago, but it is not even in the top 10 anymore. While pretty much every other city is gaining people, Chicago folks have been moving out. And culturally, it doesn't really have much to offer.

So, whatever Chicago does, do the oppoosite.
