Greenwood Heights?

Discussion about
Anyone have any thoughts/information about this neighborhood? It seems like it might be a good place to buy for someone planning to settle in for 5-8 years...it has reasonable proximity to Prospect Park and the restaurants/bars/shopping in the South Slope, good public schools, some cafes and restaurants, etc....

If you really like the area, start hanging out there at all times of the day & night, weekends, etc. Go there straight after work as if you were going home. Check out the services & restaurants, etc. the library, the parks... In short, "move" over there before you spend your money & THEN you'll know if it's home.
