Steve, what it means is that you are the ultimate troll. It means that you post on streeteasy not even to have an opinion about real estate (and I agree with petrfitz on this - what the hell are you here for if you have no interest in ever owning real estate??) but solely to get attention.

Here's my assessment of the 4 ultra-trolls, and I don't think LICComment or tech_guy are in the top 4, although I'm not sure if they are the same person and haven't cared ... although I know yesterday that you accused LICC of being one of my aliases using pretty shoddy logic .

Stevejhx - literalist; mathematically challenged; needs extreme amounts of attention; TMI; bitter about being an NYer but not ever taking advantage of the run-up because the perspective was always of historical tougher NY; unbelievably insecure about education; often intoxicated and proud of it (like a 19 year old is); not funny (go re-check that guacamole joke).

Petrfitz - complex character for sure; Ivy League; mid-30s, very very smart; didn't like the business school students where he went to college but got lucky in the first wave of tech companies; someone to put money behind, but not to work for; father was an alcoholic from Eastern Europe and beat him and his mother; populist who owns rent control / stabilized buildings and profits from getting them out by whatever means necessary while renovating for sale; hates his employees and mocks them equally among his tenants

Its called Christmas and New Years. Most people in this country celebrate them both. There are huge threads where I argue with petrfitz to great extent - to imply we're the same person is just plain dumb.
