Whoever took these pictures needs a Pulitzer prize for photography, as the place looks nothing like this in my opinion. Walls look dirty, paint chipped in the bedroom, and the carpet is buckling in the bedroom as well. If you can get them down to 2300, that's a pretty good deal then (minus any fee's of course)

sorry, i meant apartment 6B...in my rush to let everyone know how crummy this really is, i made a mistake.
