I am looking at rentals and saw a very nice apartment in this building. Curious to know if anyone is familiar with the building/management?

It is another one in that building. The one I am looking at is a bit bigger with a decent sized maid's room and and additional bath.

Haven't seen the WEA property, but head through my broker that the bathrooms and kitchen wouldn't make me happy :), but the space and layout is what we are interested in. Have you seen the apartment?
