Anyone know what is being built on Roebling across the street from Warehouse 11? The buildings are going up fast!

it is sitting on a toxic waste dump that will soon be a superfund site. it is a good buy if you dont mind the local knife wielding gangs and the 50 + years of unbuilt inventory in the neighborhood.

I just want to know if they are projected condos. It looks really cheap, and it was built rather hastily.
