Whenever people have the nerve to even requst rent that absurdly high, I hope they get what they deserve: no renters for months.

i agree. i can't stand landlords who are in denial. let them carry the costs of owning month after month. sometime the back will crack and give in to the pressure of the mareket

rented when? 8/11? Times haves changed chief...now us renters own the market, and not the nazi landlords who used to run manhattan...long live the renters!!

I tell you, all these landlords can suck it...i hate them...for years they stuck it to me, and now finally, they are getting it stuck to them.
