Small-ish 2BR, great views, just went into contract, asking $3.4M. Who is looking to buy a place like that? Just stirkes me as (at least) 100% overpriced....

I agree with John. The apartment is 100% overpriced since it is worth no more than $0. I should be able to get that apartment for FREE with the purchase of a Happy Meal.

100% overpriced is the correct terminology.

That's very different from saying the price needs to be reduced 100%.

100% overpriced means double the price it should be, alpine. did you finish elementary school?

bmw, not questioning whether this is the price the market seems to place on this type of apartment. I'm really just wondering about the demographic of the type of buyer who would be interested in paying this premium for the penthouse/views. Thoughts?

well, I didn't go to PS6 but I expect that the buyer might have finished Exeter.
