Anyone familiar with building at 60 E 8th?

Georgetown Plaza. Enormous tower. Best part about it is that once inside you no longer have to look at it. It's fairly hideous and did significant violence to GV aesthetic when built. That said, it has some serviceable layouts and drop-dead views with expected terrific light. Ain't nothing being built gonna block those views up on the 22nd floor. Solid financially if I recall from a year ago of looking. I think it is a Rose building with Rose owning the retail spaces and the coop owning the tower. So coop doesn't really derive any retail income. If you can stand the aesthetic of the exterior, entry and lobby, it is worth exploring.
