I'm new here - I almost closed on a 2nd floor unit at the zinc building (475 Greenwich St in Tribeca) a couple of years back before development. For various reasons I did not go through with it. However I noticed a couple of apartment on the market now and was wondering people's thoughts. I remember my main concerens were traffic on Canal and possible noise

not at all - for personal reasons I could not go through with the purchase 2 years ago.
