3 Classic 7 in the same UES building. How much do you think they are worth in this market?

Same line as the third one but I understand that they eliminated the maid's room to make a bigger kitchen. The second one I saw it and it's in great shape. Few things that I didn't like: not enough closet space, master bath doubles as powder room, no central a/c. The third one I also saw it and liked it but no powder room. Would have to rearrange MBR so that a King bed fits. Right now they have a QSize bed between the windows and there's not enough space for the King. No view for Dining room or MBR. Not enough closet space. I know the first one, which is the newest in the market was purchased in 2005 for the asking price, before renovations, so don't know if there's much room for negotiation. Does anybody know the building? Isn't it strange to suddenly have 3 apartments available in a 28 building small coop? I guess having 3 at the same time will be better because of the competition.
