Cut them some slack. best use of space for a family who only has $1MM TO SPEND. 3 bedroom is stretch but since they have bunk beds and another twin i think they are getting the most people in they can.
It's not against the family... its about the brokerage industry's inability to put a measurement out. It's like I'm trying to sell gold bricks.. .and saying guess what the weight is? If it's a 1000sq ft 3 bdrm... then inquiring minds want to know :)
