Does anybody still offer mortgage unemployment insurance? If so, who still does and what are the rates like?

Aren't those called PMI (primary mortgage insurance...or something)? I think, in some cases, you are required to obtain it, but I am not sure how to go about obtaining it. Talk to a mortgage broker???

PMI is virtually impossible to get right now, as I understand it. No one is writing any policies.
