In the West Village I got seven unique visitors (so roughly 14 people once you add in spouse and brokers) vs. two the week before.

Ali - what does "unique visitors" mean?

it means "don't count a couple with child as 3 people"

sniper, how did you do?

Sniper: Call me when you are willing to pay a broker 2.5% and a small flat fee to a listing broker(me).
=getting participation from every broker in the city.

i think i did well. i had about 10 unique visitors - maybe 16 or 18 people (a bunch of couples). at one point i had 6 people in the apartment and almost couldn't keep up with them. my doorman later remarked to me "you had a quite a good showing. a lot of times lately no one comes to open houses in the building." i actually have a couple of people in play.

also, i ate a bunch of my cookies but i had plenty others others to share in them too.

Appreciate it sniper. I tried to convince my wife that we needed to attend an open house in Yorkville because an anonymous friend promised me a nice scotch. She has a good sense of humor, but it was a tough sell.
