NY Times "On the Market"

Does anyone know how the NYTimes selects the properties to feature in its Sunday "On the Market" segment? And have y'all noticed that, in recent sales page, they seem to have dropped the price range on the high end?

I did not notice that... but that is a fairly interesting observation.

Given that sales overall have dropped dramatically (75% per last set of data) I'm not surprised that they have to shift a bit to fill up all sections. Plus, a 20% cut would probably let you get the same apartments/houses in anyway.

I have also noticed that for Manhattan, they rarely put any sales that are far off of the asking price. Look for it...
