There hadn't been any new listings from Corcoran, Elliman, Halstead, BHS for four or five days, but I noticed some finally added yesterday.

Did you also notice that the seller of 111 4th ave #7H has reduced the price by $50,000,
and that the deduction is not listed on SE. There are others.

The major brokerages finally took the step of hiring Russian hackers to jam the system ...

SE, you should have your own thread, active users will report real time to you and all can see your responses instead of you getting a boat load of emails.

patient09, that's a great idea. We should also petition for sticky threads.

bjw, I think sticky threads for some of the ongoing topics (comps) would be great also.

Maybe too many people signed up for e-mail updates and the system is overloaded.
