Alpine this could actually be useful to someone unlike all of your "SPAM" which this is not by definition.

Do you think streeteasy exists so that you can advertise for free?

I think it is a public forum.

This is SPAM. If someone wanted a short term rental, they can easily find it themself or ask for one. If you want to advertise your sources, then BUY a banner ad. SPAM is not fair to everyone who pays good money for ads on SE.

Wouldn't it be great if all of the brokers in the city posted their apartments for rent/sale? Man, that would really make this board useful.

there are different ways to go about advertising services, such as a creating a creative link, perhaps so straightforward is not the best approach for this context. Check out how other ppl do like ali r for example :) everyone else, it is almost friday, time for a manhattan and some cookies.

aha! thanks, I will keep that in mind :) it looks nice, good job with the photos. Do you also have it on zillow? sometimes buyers check that website as well.

i do have it on there. i know about it but i don't think that many NYC buyers do and look there. can't hurt.
i do think that the "Zestimates" they have on there are way off (on the high end).

yeah, i agree, only once in a while buyers tell me that t hey look in there - perhaps you should also try to do some off beat advertising - aside from digital, perhaps design some cool flyers for locals, who knows, often times people who are renting in the neighborhood maybe looking to purchase. I realize that the world has gone digital, but something tangible can also get attention, or do an interesting mailer to some local buildings - not just something boring, but come up with a creative brochure.

$2500 for a studio on the UWS with no doorman. Yea...I can see why you're desperate.
