Yes, I've looked on rosenyc.com site and found a few rentals to my liking and would love to know additional before I even walk in to talk to the leasing mgmt. SethL, do you know what the specific deal is? 1mo free? 2mo free?

It's actually one of the few rental buildings in NYC that are remotely tolerable. Most of the glenwood, rose, related, archstone buildings, are absolute disasters.

i was there this week - just one month. views are amazing from 42nd floor 1br. almost took it bu no closet space. Appliances not stainless, white. Windows were regular. doormen - heard very good. Neihborhood - that street between fifth and madison is nice, sky house condo right across the st with a church. I personally love the neighborhood, but others may have different thoughts.

Thanks Jenny,

What about the actual space, did it appear large or as large as the floor plan?

My wife lived in Madison Belvedere when we were dating (2006). Beautiful apartment, nice appliances, don't think the windows were floor-to-ceiling (can't remember for sure), concierge was great. The neighborhood was perfectly safe, and fairly convenient, but just kind of blah.

Putting pricing to the side, I would definitely recommend the building.

Her lease expired 12/31/06, and they were asking for a pretty large rent increase.
