950 sqr ft? How is that possible? 350 sqr ft make up the foyer, bathroom, and couple closets? (and the small balcony...) come on, don't lie to us! and drop the price... Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids

but...how about the counter space in the kitchen? and the cubic space of the closet...take those, multiply by 3, take the square root, divide by pi and voila! 950 sq ft pure and simple.
