This is a neat apartment with great light, high ceilings, and a nice layout. However, given the asking price it%u2019s too expensive given they cheaped out on the renovations. The w/d are in the middle of the kitchen with a big exhaust pipe going out the window, and there isn%u2019t much counter space (despite having a large kitchen). Also, the washer/dryer aren%u2019t next to each other but across the room for each other & give the kitchen a strange feel. The bathrooms, albeit brand new, are done like a $2,000 rental in a walkup (they have cheap small tubs, horrible brown tinted tiles with ugly white & yellow flowers, & they look like something you%u2019d find at your grandmother%u2019s 1970s condo in Boca). The bedrooms and closets are tiny, but overall the living space is pleasant. Another negative is they don%u2019t let you put furniture on the balcony. What%u2019s the point of having a balcony with Central Park views if you can%u2019t sit out there & enjoy it? [less]
