First started out at $45 Million, now down to $42 Million... what do you guys think this place will ultimately sell for??

No! Why would anyone want 12,000sft in the city, or anywhere for that matter

i believe this place was featured on open house ny this past sunday.. but i agree far too large! unless you could use is as some type of b-n-b?

How is it too big, people that don't live in the city have places double and triple the size. What's negative about at 12,000 house? It's three houses put together but the third one isn't combined into the other two yet.
