Any updates on this building? Is it completed?
Just remaining in the shadow?

I looked again at this building last week. Apparently 18 of the 19 units have now closed. I was told that the only availability left is the top floor penthouse.

They may be fibbing however. Before your post I looked up PH3 as only PH4 looks available on Acris.
There is no sale on PH3. And here is the streeteasy back history on PH3.
I will spot check the other apartments to see if there is even 1 closing.

Acris last info are UCC releases on 6/12 for the main mortgage on the building to the individual unit of PH3. I suspect that will be the last documentation on most if not all the units with no indivdual closings.

I see PH3 as sold on Streeteasy with the buyer's name and price paid both listed. What am I missing here?

My mistake, it looks like contracts were committed before the crash and so far these closings.

And further mea culpa, PH3 did close (lazy due diligence and didn't got to page 2 on acris)

Looks like this building had good timing.

There are so many new developments in chelsea with pre November '08 list prices and BS I stupidly added this one to the list.
