what is this time wasting, self-promoting nonsense? and when i want to see the newest listings, i don't want to have to scroll through 9 pages of nest seekers listings that don't have maintenance or common charges,floor plans, or addresses. aren't we all passed the "you have to call me if you want to know anything" stage of real estate buying.

Nothing pointless about that rant. Sites like this one are evidence that people want more information, not less. StreetEasy should consider rejecting listings that don't have decent data.
