Has anyone had any experiences, positive or negative with Citadel Property Management? Our board is thinking of transferring from self managed to using a property manager. In justifying the costs, we would need to replace our porter with one the property manager can supply (which would save us a bundle). It's important to us to have a porter that is local to the property (West Harlem) - and Citadel has one, which is one of the reasons why we are considering them. Thank you for the feedback in advance.

Citadel Property will be able to supply you with bldgs. they manage.

I know that Citadel Property Management can supply me with contact info from the buildings they manage, but that defeats to purpose of why I am posting the question here.

Does anyone (with inside knowledge or perhaps former residents or those that dissented from what a current Board members would comment) have any feedback on Citadel?

This covert interviewing of Citadel is silly. simply ask them for references and follow up. You could also visit the sites.

have you ever heard of someone giving references that will trash them? references are the most unreliable source of info. Try to find tenants (not Board members) in building that they managed.
