No longer available -....? What's this?

Can someone explain what happens to the listing when it becomes 'No longer available' in Streeteasy. So many listings I have been following up are now no longer available. Not sure if this is good or not?

They've either been taken off the market or have sold. There's been a rash of withdrawals of late, it seems.

Street Easy pulls the listings off of brokers websites, so if the listing disappears from the brokers site, then St Easy shows it as "no longer available". Sometimes the apts are actually taken off the market but it can also be a case of sellers switching to a new broker and it takes time to update on Street Easy. If you give me the addresses I'd be happy to look them up in my database & let you know what the full story is.
