Can't find an original source doc, but curbed seems to think that much of BB park is not going ahead... http://curbed.com/archives/2009/01/27/is_most_of_brooklyn_bridge_park_being_put_to_sleep_for_now.php Will 1 BBP have to change its name?

The developer of 1 BBP said he will not lower prices on properties. As for the park, it will be developed sometime after we recover from this current economic storm. As for the the hotel, I only have my opinion.
