ny connections

I'm a broker in NYC & I've never heard of this company but there are so many smaller firms it's impossible to keep track. They are not members of REBNY (real estate board of NY). What's the details of the listings- I can try & see if they are actually real & still available.

I had emailed these people in the past regarding rentals they advertised. They did not respond to me until my 8th email. When they did respond, it was the old bait and switch. They said the property I was inquiring about was rented, but they had something else, blah, blah. Be very careful here. I personally would never do business with them.
