Morgan Lofts - Apt. 11C Review

Hey everyone, My fiance and I recently visited apt. 11C in the Morgan Lofts building. Pros: The living room and kitchen are large and get a lot of light, most likely due to it being on a high floor. W/D hookup. The bathroom is quite large as well, sporting his and her sinks. There's also an elevator that exclusively serves apt's on this line, so it opens into the living room. Cons: The bedroom. It's tiny and has a tiny closet to go with it. The apt. overall has a lack of closet space, which is a shame because otherwise it's a great apt.

and there are zero amenities in that neighborhood. No grocery stores, etc. I work one block above Morgan lofts. Why would you want to live in such an awful location in Midtown? I mean, I guess if you love beer it's good since you can go to Ginger Man pretty easily downstairs....
