Corcoran's purchase cost analysis: $2 million in deposit and closing costs, and $101,000 per month (after tax savings). Yes, I say someone who could afford that probably doesn't frequent open houses. I think they travel by limo escorted by a well informed broker.

Wow! Guess that's what happens when you don't get a nibble at $24.5M and are still on the market after 350+ days.
