Surrounded by bars, your neighbour is a offtrack betting store, theres a new highrise directly infront of you and another to the side. I live a few blocks away, noisey on Fri/Sat nights.. building looks good so far compared to the ugly new glass condo opposite

Great building with an awesome staff. New Gym and New Roof Deck is a big plus. Location is what I love most of all, when my wife and I walk out of the building we step into the heart of the best of what the Upper East Side has to offer. We love to shop at the new market called Fairway we also love that the movie theaters are 1 block from our building (where can you find 2 movie theaters in the same location?) About the 4 year old comments made here, they are very old and do not reflect the present sense of The Ventana and its location, So much has changed (for the better)...
