For anyoen who is looking to buy an estate for pennies on the cheap, here you go: http://www.nytimes.com/pages/obituaries/ YOUR WELCOME!
Elaine Benes was way ahead of you.
alpine,
i was wrong earlier: before you work on your high school diploma you should finish elemantary school. the word you are looking for is 'you're' not 'your.' and it isn't an exclamation.
I see the grammar police are out in full force today.
dude, there's no use discussing the content of what you write since you are impervious to facts and never admit error even when demonstrable errors are waved in front of your face. it's official that rents are not falling. no one wants to buy estates. real estate prices are going up. estate sales are down 75%. the list goes on and on.
this is a pitiful post...is this supposed to be humorous?...get a life
Would you rather read this or a post about Chicago? Because I can put on my rufus hat and do a Chicago thread.
jeez, alpine, you're so hostile & angry. Hostility & anger are often covers for fear & self hatred. Please get a therapist.
Sally: At least I got the apartment.
Harry: That's what everyone says. But, really, what's so hard about finding an apartment? What you do is look in the obituary section. You see who died, find out where they lived, and tip the doorman. What they could do to make it easier is combine the two. You know, Mr. Kline died yesterday, leaving behind a wife, two children, and a spacious three bedroom apartment with a wood burning fireplace.

Don't say it... you are getting awful close to rufus.
Okay...I checked and my names wasn't on the list. I guess that means I have to get back to work.
ive just starting reading this site...asinine posts like this thread waste time for everyone, and drive me away from this site....
can anyone be tone deaf enough, bored enough, to think this thread was funny or interesting?????
its none of those in itself... its a lame attempt to "change the subject" coming from folks who don't want to see the actual market news.
