Looks nice, and the location is great, but I don't love the price, especially given how much of a pain renting in a coop is. I'd lowball...

Hmmm. I think the place looks very nice and the location doesn't get much better. The price may still be a little high given the size of the place, BUT location and quality of the building/apt are a factor. I'm not familiar with the building but others might be.
