1. Building is massively overpiced, for horrendous service 2. Elevators are a dump (that is on the 30% chance they run) 3. Super is laziest person ever (annoyed if you call) 4. Leasing agent is a complete nightmare 5. Owner squeezes every last dollar of each tenant Nothing on second avenue around neighborhood. You pay top-dollar for low end service

They are asking 9,995 for an 1800 square foot rental. What planet are they living in? Is this the dot com bubble? Is the british pound still 200 for 100. Is the stock market booming. These prices are ludicrous. Who would pay that?

Absolutely most overprice building in the city. Landlord think its 2006. Orb management has no clue what they are doing, letting people walk. If the building was first rate, the rents would be fine, but elevators never work, management company is a nightmare (a group of owners are organzing). I have no reason to lie, i am in the truth business
