Rumor of Frozen Pipes Bursting at the Brompton

I was talking to some of the guys who are laying floors down for the Brompton. It was the 2nd time they had to do the work since after the first time, pipes froze and burst flooding numerous apartments. Sheet wall and floors all had to be replaced. Not sure what else was affected (ie if there are any mold issues). For buyers at the Brompton, I would be extra careful during your walk through.

Maybe this is why all of the closings have been pushed back...

Heard last night that this wasn't The Brompton, was a neighboring building.
