What is the going rate for a real estate attorney in buying a coop (under $1M apartment)

We bought a condo 6 months ago in that range and paid $1800. Most people said that was a couple hundred dollars high at the time. I don't know if it is different for co-ops though.

my lawyer charged me $850 fee for a coop purchase (also < $1m). is that odd?
