You tell me, what is the appropriate mix of foreign owners, domestic owner residents, pied a terres, renters, singles, married couples, families with kids, retirees and empty nesters, gay couples?
the amount of gay couples matters to you? really???
They're both in terrible locations. You would be crazy to buy a unit at either one of those buildings.
Platinum probably has a lot more pied-a-terre owners and foreign investors.
24th between 6th and 7th is a fine location. and its less that a block from the whole foods. 6th avenue may not be as nice as 7th but the entrance is on 24th so you can avoid it pretty easily. that said 6th avenue today has changed a lot in the past few years. i live on 7th in the 20s so i actually know the neighborhood well.
rufus, after you have been exposed for who you really are, why are you still posting???
shouldn't you be trying to get accepted to a more Midwestern thinking school that is more in line with your mentality than Colubmia? Maybe the University of Northwest Indiana at The Closed Steel Plant in Gary?
You are the biggest tool in the world. Your life is pathetic.
PsychoCrackerBoy already has a degree from Manteno State.
The area around the stratus is kind of grimy and low-class. It's not as bad as the area west of eighth avenue, but definitely not as upscale as gold coast, streeterville, or lincoln park.
Go Manteno State!
Look up Manteno State -- it's a great Illinois institution.
