it amazes me how overpriced people can be, listing the apt for the same price it sold for 18 months ago. Why would you think we are in the same market at mid 07? Broker is an idiot. Will sell for under 1M.

Do you know if they did all the renovations? Looks like kitchen and bathroom are new.
