does anyone know the latest on NYC luxury decontrol law?

I read somewhere that the Senate has changed the $2,000/mo decontrol threshold to 2700. Does anyone know the status of the law?

I found article on google from Feb. 2 suggesting that the proposal was to raise the salary cap to $240,000 and the rent to $2,700 - but from what I can tell - it has a long way to go before it becomes law.
