UWS Rentals

Has anyone dealt with the following rental companies: Brusco Group Keyah/Sackman Metropolitan Equities From a tenant's perspective, how are they to deal with AFTER the lease is signed? Any bait & switch? Are their buildings clean and well-maintained? Are there any other rental management companies that you would recommend? (Note: I am looking for a pre-war apartment with high ceilings. I feel claustrophobic in Glenwood/Related-type apartments.) Also, is anyone familiar with the Level Club (253 West 73rd)? There always seem to be lots of rentals available in that building.
