Must've gotten on a mailing list targeted at morons. Featured was #11A, a tiny two-bedroom facing the courtyard. 12x15 LR, 12x12 master with a 2x5 closet ("walk-in," forsooth.) No dimensions on the plan. All that for $1.4M, with disingenuous calculations on what a bargain that'd be compared with $5.5K rent.

Forgot the best part: LR is labeled the "Great Room." As if the alternative purchase was a tract house in Florida....

Did they find a little hallway to label the "Bonus Room"? That's my favorite . . . except it's not from tract houses -- it's from tract homes!!!
