Discussion about
Any thoughts on SkyHouse condos at E. 29th Street? Would also apperciate input on that enighborhood, the so-called Madison Square Park North.

I love the neighborhood - i think it has started to take off and transform into a high end residential segment of the market. The restaurant/bar/hotel Country planted the seed of revitalization and the depth of residential conversions corroborates the trend. As for the building, the developers are experienced however I find the apts to be small and wholly average in terms of finishes.

I like the area, sort of, I live on East 29th between 1st and 2nd avenue but much prefer anything west of 2nd. I've never heard of SkyHouse where on 29th is it?
