Sorry for this spam-like post but I submitted my Open House info two days ago and it's still not showing up on my listing here. Open House 3 Hanover Square, today Sunday Feb 22nd, 3:30-4:30. Fairly large doorman studio with Murphy bed, 2-year-old kitchen, separate dining area, $1,650, no broker fee. This is a co-op sublet in a full service building so there is an application and reference letters that must be submitted. Still, it's priced to reflect the paperwork. ali r. {downtown broker}
