Hi, can anyone tell me why units in this co-op building, although in such prime location, has such a low cost per sq and such high maintenance charges? Many thanks.

Hi, see page 4, the "what is land lease 2085". It pertains to this building. I wrote original comment. I think I'd shy away from this bldg. Too bad.

another thing to note as a rule of thumb...prices are often adjusted to reflect high maint charges.
