Discussion about
I have been tracking rentals in Harlem and eleswhere for the past few months. And there were more than a dozen No Fee listings in harlem as recently as last week. Corcoran, Prudential, Halstead, ect. All had No Fee listings. Today, those exact same listings are no longer listed as No Fee. What gives, why the sudden paradigm shift? If given the choice of paying $2300-3000, plus fee, for a rental in harlem. Versus paying $2300-3000, without a fee, for a place downtown or anywhere else in the city, well, harlem loses.

You can't really go by what the websites say- call/e-mail the listings to find out if they are still no fee. It's probably a computer glitch- something to do w/ the way the listings are uploaded into the respective companies internal databases. It could be a simple thing like someone forgetting to mark a specific box that has to do w/ the fee.
