new building next door going up has killed some of the northern view

From the corny name and the location I figured it for a generic new-ish condo, but the plans are pretty good for what it is. Dunno how it compares with the competition, but the flippers are still trying to make something on their 2004-2005 buys.

Some large apts. Good location. Always felt it was too $$$ for what it was. Markets have a tendancy to correct this.

great closet space and very pet/child friendly.

Any updated views on this building? There seems to be a large number of apartments for sale for a 90 unit building.
