you, brokers, are ridiculous! Can you at least be a bit less conspicuous in your hyping of the property.

I don't see that they're such a great deal. Having said that, I would imagine the smaller ones should go quickly. There is something of a dearth of starter condos in nyc, so good move.

a little expensive for the location. as much as i think worldwide is not too attractive, it is located in a more "prime area" and is much 10% cheaper per sq. foot

I am not a big fan of clinton -- there's just not much there right now, especially as you go farther west and farther from the subway. Maybe this is changing? But when I was looking for a place to live, I ruled out Clinton fairly early on...

I like this building and would have bought here if we could have picked it up and moved it over the 8th Avenue. The thought of being on 10th Ave and hoofing it two fat avenues just to get on the 8th Avenue line was a turn off. A bit too isolated being so far west. Nice gas station across the street though.

The area is improving by the day. The prices for the unit should be marked down 5 percent in my opinion. The streets in the area need to be repaired. The area also should be policed more often. However I believe compared to the rest of Manhattan, you could get a bargain with a little patience. Please remember the area will be getting the Related Buildings in the next three years. That should help market prices in Clinton.
