does anyone know anything about the 3/4 bed units in this building (there are 3 avail - a couple on the market a really long time). This building is right next to the Westside Hwy without any kind of buffer. First test is the quality of the noise reduction on the west side of the building. Forget about opening any windows on that side unless you like the sound of tires on cement.

On the plus side is Riverside Park which is right across 72nd street.
