Need bldg suggestions on UWS or UES- APT WANTED

OK folks need to check in with you, we can't find a place and there seems to be inventory,. Are we asking too much? Should we just pack it in for the burbs now? My real questions: can anyone suggest a bldg that meets these requirements. We want to rent in ps 6 or ps 199 need: 3bed/ 2.5 bath; pool; attached garage or driveway with garage next door prefer over 2000 sf., prefer modern, prefer playroom, prefer open feeling to space (ceiling height, view), ideal if there was a maid's room/4th bed - this is in the would be nice but not necessary. budget 13 K incl. all fees ABSOLUTELY not interested in rental bldgs. unless they have high end finishes throughout (i.e., not just the kitchen, but also the public and shared areas)
