They have to turn deals and, as she admits, people are walking, so they have to resell the same apartment multiple times and chase down a dozen banks to make something happen.

LOL, lately I've been seeing a lot of a certain well-known broker in my gym. I asked her if that meant that she wasn't crazy-busy and had time to go to the gym now :)

Say what you will about Dolly, now...picture her naked. Not so bad. Picture her bullshitting you as she did in that CNBC about squ ft $ holding up well. If she can talk so beautifully out of both sides of her mouth...what else can she do with that mouth. I blame the SE chat board users. Most are a bunch of pessimists! You read this and think, That dumpster is half full of shit, I see it as half empty...plenty of room for more...bring it on Dolly, you self effacing maufacturer of absolute crap. Did I mention I think she is cute?

She is by far the most unscrupulous broker walking the streets of this city.
I worked with her many years ago before I bought the apartment I live in now.
